Scott knows that delivering quality homes for contemporary New Zealanders is not just about getting them up and getting you in – it comes down to care and craftsmanship. Deeply rooted in the construction industry and part of a well-established family business that goes back generations, Scott has taken the time to experience and understand the multiple facets involved in creating a home – for you.
With over 20 years’ experience at home and internationally, ownership of fabrication and construction businesses, a Bachelor or Property and as a qualified builder, Scott can be trusted to deliver on process – from planning to delivery.
GEOFF CAWSON

For Geoff it’s about timing – which is why his extensive and impressive experience in development and project management presents as a diverse story of achievement. From NZ to the UK and Europe and back again, the list of Geoff’s qualifications gets as prestigious as Westminster University London.
As a hands-on director and understanding of the diverse needs of kiwi families Geoff is an expert communicator with a clear focus on looking after all parties through a project – start to finish. Recently part of the regeneration projects in Auckland’s eastern suburbs, Geoff experienced large scale delivery with care, precision and creativity – and that’s the difference.
